Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)

Thank you for your interest in the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) administered by the Collier County Housing Authority.  TBRA program provides Rental Assistance for eligible low-income individuals or families. Rent subsidies allow families to pay a reasonable share of their income toward rent while the program, within specific limits, makes up the difference.

The Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program provides low- and moderate-income households with rent, security deposits, and electric-utility deposits for a period up to one (1) year.
